knowledge is power

power corrupts

absolute power corrupts absolutely

with great power comes great responsibility

knowledge is a double-edged sword

ignorance is bliss

why then do we pursue knowledge

it is a quest for power

experience results in knowledge

i have experienced

I know

and I was destroyed

half my life was shattered.

have I become too corrupted

did I make the right choice

to chase the experience, the knowledge

or was it better to remain ignorant and unknowing




was there a choice?
